Neural Properties is the real estate development brand of Neural Capital SAPI de CV, a Mexican developer that builds and sells its own residential projects in Tulum and Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo. Founded in 2018.

We focus on developing, building and selling our own residential real estate in Quintana Roo — not third-party brokerage. Our current developments include El Nido Tulum, ANAM Residencial and Punto Playa.
